Anchor Foodz reserves the right to suspend accounts with inaccurate or misleading information.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Anchor Foodz Platform only for lawful personal use in connection with our meal subscription service. Permitted uses include:
- Subscribing to meal plans for your school-going child
- Viewing daily menus and nutritional information
- Managing orders, absences, and delivery preferences
- Communicating with Anchor Foodz customer support
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Share your account credentials with third parties
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or Anchor Foodz systems
- Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Platform using automated tools
- Post or transmit defamatory, abusive, or harmful content in any communication channel
- Use the Platform to promote competing services or spam other users
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
- Misuse the absence notification system to obtain unwarranted credits
- Submit false or misleading information including dietary restrictions or allergies
5. App-Specific Rules
If you use the Anchor Foodz mobile application:
- You must use the app only on a device you own or control
- You must not modify, adapt, or hack the app or its APIs
- Push notifications are used for meal delivery updates — disabling them may cause you to miss important alerts
- The app requires an active internet connection for most features
- Location permissions (if requested) are used only to confirm school coverage — never tracked continuously
6. Parent Dashboard Access
The parent dashboard is a web portal providing access to your subscription, meal schedule, nutritional data, and account settings. Sharing your dashboard access with schools, third parties, or other parents is strictly prohibited. Anchor Foodz is not responsible for any data exposure resulting from unauthorized sharing of credentials.
7. Content You Submit
Any feedback, reviews, or communications you submit to Anchor Foodz may be used by us to improve our service. By submitting content, you grant Anchor Foodz a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content. You represent that your submissions are truthful and do not infringe any third-party rights.
8. Service Availability
Anchor Foodz makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24/7. However, we may occasionally:
- Take the Platform offline for scheduled maintenance (notice will be provided)
- Experience temporary outages due to technical issues or third-party provider failures
- Limit feature access during peak usage periods
Anchor Foodz is not liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.

The Platform may contain links to school websites, payment gateways, and other external resources. These links are provided for convenience only. Anchor Foodz does not endorse and is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any external sites.
10. Modifications to the Platform
Anchor Foodz reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice. This includes changes to features, pricing, meal menus, and available schools in the network.
11. Enforcement
Violations of these Terms of Use may result in:
- Temporary suspension of your account
- Permanent termination without refund
- Legal action where applicable
